  • Advanced Python skills and experience building robust, scalable solutions
  • Practical, proven experience using Databricks
  • Experience with AWS, especially data and processing services
  • Strong software engineering foundation covering development principles, architecture, design, and coding standards
  • Experience designing systems and technical solutions
  • Knowledge of developing and optimizing data pipelines
  • Ability to convert technical and business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions
  • Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD practices
  • Ability to work independently in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Practical experience applying AI to software engineering
  • Knowledge of GenAI, large language models, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools
