Senior Data and AI Lead (Hybrid, United Kingdom)
Lead CyberOne’s Microsoft data security and AI strategy, delivering Purview, Copilot, Agent 365, and Azure AI solutions. Advise clients, guide engineering teams, and shape secure, compliant AI engagements.
Descriere
- Own expertise across Microsoft Purview, Copilot, and Agent 365
- Design and implement Microsoft Purview deployments around customer needs and established best practices
- Deliver secure, compliant AI engagements with Agent 365, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Microsoft Cognitive Services
- Track changes in data privacy and AI regulation, keeping client controls aligned
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams
- Work with internal stakeholders to expand organisational knowledge
- Advise clients on data security and develop tailored AI strategies
- Assist sales activities through client scoping, RFP responses, and proposal development
- Lead CyberOne’s Data Security and AI roadmap and advance its position in AI
Cerințe
- Extensive practical experience with Microsoft Purview, M365 Copilot, and Agent 365
- Substantial implementation experience across Microsoft Purview, M365 Copilot, Agent 365, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, and comparable technologies
- Strong knowledge of data protection and governance in cloud and hybrid environments
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and related regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver professional and managed services that protect client data
- Hands-on experience with Agent 365, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Cognitive Services, including securing AI workloads and their data inputs and outputs
- Strong consulting, client communication, and presentation capabilities
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC-400) certification preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) certification preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100) certification preferred
- Ability to create long-term Data and AI strategies connected to business objectives
- Proactive approach to recognising and resolving Data and AI challenges
- Ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading technical teams and collaborating across stakeholder groups
