Senior Credit Strategy Business Analyst – Capital Bank Remote
Develop data-driven credit and lending strategies for Capital Bank’s OpenSky credit card business. Apply SQL, Python, analytics, and valuation modeling to improve customer and financial outcomes.
Descriere
- Conduct credit analysis with advanced SQL and/or Python techniques
- Evaluate and refine lending strategies, including approval and decline policies and credit line assignments
- Recommend credit strategy changes using performance analysis, resilience testing, and sound business judgment
- Present evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership
- Create or apply valuation models to support credit policy decisions
- Design testing and monitoring plans
- Track credit risk and performance proactively, identifying when policy changes may be necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement credit strategies
Cerințe
- 1–5 years of experience in advanced analytics, including credit policy development
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business
- Strong results orientation and persistent problem-solving approach
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and solve problems using analytics
- Excellent critical-thinking skills and close attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in analytical tools, particularly Python and SQL
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Previous experience in credit analytics and consumer lending is required
