Descriere

Lead and improve Pinterest’s internal compliance investigations program
Conduct and oversee investigations from intake through resolution
Partner with Compliance, Employment Legal, Human Resources, Finance, and Security
Assess investigation findings and recommend corrective actions
Analyze root causes and refine investigation procedures
Promote investigation standards and maintain program resources
Mentor and supervise junior or contract investigators when needed
Select and implement suitable technology and AI applications
Track patterns to support fair and consistent program decisions
Report investigation updates, trends, and lessons to stakeholders, senior leaders, compliance leadership, and the Board
Promote a speak-up culture and support compliance with global whistleblower laws
Assist with compliance disclosures, audits, law enforcement requests, subpoenas, and external investigations
Advise on investigation-related and broader compliance matters

Cerințe

Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school
Experience at a leading law firm and/or in an in-house legal or compliance department
At least seven years conducting complex, sensitive investigations
Admission to at least one state bar and authorization to provide legal services from the state of residence
Excellent analytical ability
Clear, effective verbal and written communication
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-business teams at all levels
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet business needs
Three or more years of employment law experience preferred
Experience advising on compliance matters such as conflicts of interest, third-party audits, and incident management preferred
Experience developing compliance programs and driving change management preferred
Strong knowledge of effective compliance programs at publicly traded global companies preferred
