Opis

  • Lead and improve Pinterest’s internal compliance investigations program
  • Conduct and oversee investigations from intake through resolution
  • Partner with Compliance, Employment Legal, Human Resources, Finance, and Security
  • Assess investigation findings and recommend corrective actions
  • Analyze root causes and refine investigation procedures
  • Promote investigation standards and maintain program resources
  • Mentor and supervise junior or contract investigators when needed
  • Select and implement suitable technology and AI applications
  • Track patterns to support fair and consistent program decisions
  • Report investigation updates, trends, and lessons to stakeholders, senior leaders, compliance leadership, and the Board
  • Promote a speak-up culture and support compliance with global whistleblower laws
  • Assist with compliance disclosures, audits, law enforcement requests, subpoenas, and external investigations
  • Advise on investigation-related and broader compliance matters

Zahteve

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Experience at a leading law firm and/or in an in-house legal or compliance department
  • At least seven years conducting complex, sensitive investigations
  • Admission to at least one state bar and authorization to provide legal services from the state of residence
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Clear, effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-business teams at all levels
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet business needs
  • Three or more years of employment law experience preferred
  • Experience advising on compliance matters such as conflicts of interest, third-party audits, and incident management preferred
  • Experience developing compliance programs and driving change management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of effective compliance programs at publicly traded global companies preferred
