Senior Content Lead at Brandlight

Descriere

  • Lead Brandlight’s executive thought leadership, editorial writing, research assets, and distribution across social, search, and AI discovery.
  • Turn executives’ ideas and expertise into a consistent, distinctive public presence.
  • Develop executive LinkedIn profiles as channels for thought leadership and growth.
  • Write in each leader’s authentic voice, reflecting their perspective and expertise.
  • Work with executives to draw out ideas, strengthen arguments, and shape compelling narratives.
  • Create hooks, points of view, messaging, and copy for posts, articles, landing pages, reports, and campaigns.
  • Transform proprietary research and data into reports, benchmarks, data stories, and other valuable content.
  • Manage content for executive LinkedIn, company social channels, newsletters, blog posts, and other editorial formats.
  • Create customer stories and assets that explain Brandlight’s value to enterprise buyers.
  • Shape content for both traditional search and AI discovery.
  • Establish a repeatable workflow for ideation, writing, approvals, publishing, repurposing, and distribution.
  • Work with Growth to assess content reach and its contribution to pipeline.
  • Find creators, newsletters, podcasts, and industry voices who can extend Brandlight’s reach.
  • Apply AI to research, ideation, writing, editing, repurposing, analysis, and production.

Cerințe

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with high editorial standards.
  • Ability to write across executive LinkedIn posts, research stories, customer case studies, blog posts, and newsletters.
  • Ability to write for executives and convey their authentic voice and perspective.
  • Ability to draw strong points of view from conversations and turn rough ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Understanding of content distribution through LinkedIn, newsletters, social channels, creators, search, AI answers, and other channels.
  • SEO and AEO/GEO familiarity is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of authority, rankings, citations, and visibility across traditional search and AI platforms.
  • At least five years of experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • B2B SaaS or technology experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience ghostwriting for founders, executives, or other distinctive individual voices.
  • Experience at a technical product company or in a data, AI, developer, or similarly technical environment.
  • Experience creating content for enterprise, Fortune 1000, or Fortune 500 audiences.
  • Experience working with proprietary research or data storytelling.
  • Experience building or managing a B2B creator or influencer program.
  • Video and short-form production experience, or comfort working closely with these formats.
  • Experience with PR, category creation, or other earned-distribution programs.
  • Additional experience in video storytelling, scripting, editing, producing short-form or executive-led videos, podcasts, creator partnerships, or other earned and organic distribution formats is a plus.
