Descriere

Produce performance measures, reports, and analyses for corporate and business-area leaders
Work with stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements through analytics and reporting
Create data solutions, tools, reports, and processes that support strategy across regions and companies
Apply industry best practices and security standards when implementing data solutions
Analyze electric operations and performance data to find trends, patterns, and anomalies
Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs
Use SQL queries and custom tools to review and consolidate data from multiple sources
Collect, organize, and update performance data, while maintaining the quality of data and collection tools
Prepare reports and presentations for managers at all levels, including the Senior Leadership Team
Research best practices and performance comparisons through benchmarking and company-sponsored surveys
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency
Take on emergency restoration assignments outside usual duties, hours, or location when required

Cerințe

Bring data analysis experience, ideally in the electric or energy industry
Use Power BI to develop reports and visualize data
Have working knowledge of information technology systems
Create and manage Power BI reports using Power Query, DAX, SQL, Python, or similar languages
Have strong SQL writing experience
Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Communicate and present information effectively
Work independently and produce accurate results
Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
Have 5–8 years of related experience
Hold a valid driver’s license
Be available for emergency restoration assignments
Be able to travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire as needed
Not require immigration-related sponsorship
Work in the office at least three days per week, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and up to five days when needed
