- Produce performance measures, reports, and analyses for corporate and business-area leaders
- Work with stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements through analytics and reporting
- Create data solutions, tools, reports, and processes that support strategy across regions and companies
- Apply industry best practices and security standards when implementing data solutions
- Analyze electric operations and performance data to find trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs
- Use SQL queries and custom tools to review and consolidate data from multiple sources
- Collect, organize, and update performance data, while maintaining the quality of data and collection tools
- Prepare reports and presentations for managers at all levels, including the Senior Leadership Team
- Research best practices and performance comparisons through benchmarking and company-sponsored surveys
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Take on emergency restoration assignments outside usual duties, hours, or location when required

- Bring data analysis experience, ideally in the electric or energy industry
- Use Power BI to develop reports and visualize data
- Have working knowledge of information technology systems
- Create and manage Power BI reports using Power Query, DAX, SQL, Python, or similar languages
- Have strong SQL writing experience
- Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Communicate and present information effectively
- Work independently and produce accurate results
- Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Have 5–8 years of related experience
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Be available for emergency restoration assignments
- Be able to travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire as needed
- Not require immigration-related sponsorship
- Work in the office at least three days per week, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and up to five days when needed
