Tavsif

  • Produce performance measures, reports, and analyses for corporate and business-area leaders
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements through analytics and reporting
  • Create data solutions, tools, reports, and processes that support strategy across regions and companies
  • Apply industry best practices and security standards when implementing data solutions
  • Analyze electric operations and performance data to find trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs
  • Use SQL queries and custom tools to review and consolidate data from multiple sources
  • Collect, organize, and update performance data, while maintaining the quality of data and collection tools
  • Prepare reports and presentations for managers at all levels, including the Senior Leadership Team
  • Research best practices and performance comparisons through benchmarking and company-sponsored surveys
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency
  • Take on emergency restoration assignments outside usual duties, hours, or location when required

Talablar

  • Bring data analysis experience, ideally in the electric or energy industry
  • Use Power BI to develop reports and visualize data
  • Have working knowledge of information technology systems
  • Create and manage Power BI reports using Power Query, DAX, SQL, Python, or similar languages
  • Have strong SQL writing experience
  • Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Communicate and present information effectively
  • Work independently and produce accurate results
  • Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • Have 5–8 years of related experience
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Be available for emergency restoration assignments
  • Be able to travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire as needed
  • Not require immigration-related sponsorship
  • Work in the office at least three days per week, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and up to five days when needed
