Descriere

  • Own the development and delivery of ongoing mail acquisition campaigns and testing programs for the Partnerships segment.
  • Act as a central liaison across Marketing & Analysis, Creative, Operations and Production, Legal, and other partner teams.
  • Work with analysts to assess overall business performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Refine marketing and testing strategies in response to performance analysis.
  • Combine research findings, market trends, competitive activity, and broader external factors into actionable insights.
  • Create strategic recommendations that strengthen campaign performance and brand impact.
  • Shape decisions through formal business recommendations and relationship-building across the organization.
  • Operate proactively in an agile setting and identify opportunities to improve or move beyond established processes.
  • Direct campaign strategy, creative development, and execution in partnership with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • At least two years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs.
  • At least two years of experience managing creative workflows and partnering with creative teams.
  • Experience leading creative development, collaborating with agencies and creative teams, and preparing effective creative briefs.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities while delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Experience with multichannel and direct-response marketing, including direct mail and digital channels.
  • Demonstrated interest in using data, metrics, and insights to improve results and generate learnings.
  • Curiosity about consumer attitudes, behaviors, trends, and their marketing implications.
  • Strong communication, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
