Descriere
- Record accounting entries and reconcile accounts for highly complex companies
- Manage fixed-asset accounts, acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and asset movement schedules
- Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Analyze, record, and reconcile payroll
- Apply costing techniques and methods
- Support accounting and month-end closing for import and export processes
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Take part in physical inventories of fixed assets and stock
- Develop and implement process controls and internal policies
- Track accounting legislation and CPC and IFRS standards
- Prepare and submit ancillary filings, including ECD, IBGE, and BNDES obligations
- Contribute to projects as needed
- Meet with requesting departments to align on their needs
- Train new employees
- Recommend improvements for the department
- Prepare financial statements
