Descriere

  • Own a timely, accurate month-end close, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for cash, prepaids, accruals, intercompany accounts, fixed assets, and other general ledger accounts.
  • Manage close workflows, task tracking, and balance sheet reconciliations in Numeric.
  • Oversee corporate card activity, employee expense reimbursements, and accounts payable processes through Ramp.
  • Reconcile subscription billing, SaaS metrics, and payment gateway transactions in Maxio.
  • Maintain equity transaction records, stock-based compensation schedules, and capitalization table reporting in Carta.
  • Oversee monthly variable compensation calculations and apply the appropriate ASC 340 accounting treatment.
  • Keep accounting records, policies, and operating procedures aligned with US GAAP and effective internal controls.
  • Collaborate across teams to document transactions, investigate reconciliation differences, and resolve operational variances.
  • Support the annual financial statement audit, tax filings, and external compliance obligations.
  • Contribute to ad hoc financial reporting, system improvements, and special projects.
  • Report to the Controller.

Cerințe

  • Apply working knowledge of core AI concepts, including LLMs, agents, copilots, tokens, credits, context windows, RAG, and data governance, to accounting, financial operations, and workflow automation.
  • Hold an active CPA license.
  • Bring at least three years of progressively responsible general ledger accounting experience.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close procedures, and account reconciliation practices.
  • Have hands-on experience with modern cloud ERP systems; NetSuite is preferred.
  • Have direct experience with financial and accounting platforms such as Ramp, Numeric, Maxio, and Carta, or comparable tools.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Show exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently with limited direction.
  • Prior public accounting experience at a Big Four or national firm is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to technical accounting topics such as ASC 606, ASC 340, and equity accounting is a plus.
  • Be located anywhere in the United States.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have at least two years of valid U.S. work authorization.
