Descriere

  • Prepare and post journal entries in Sage Intacct
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts each fiscal period
  • Roll forward account balances and explain changes between periods
  • Manage fixed assets and construction in progress, lease accounting, and revenue and expense accruals and deferrals
  • Keep books and supporting schedules audit-ready during the historical data transition to Sage Intacct
  • Support accounting across multiple entities as the company adds club LLCs through organic growth and acquisitions
  • Help integrate the accounting of newly acquired locations
  • Assist the Controller with bank covenant calculations and credit facility analysis
  • Prepare for audits and respond to external auditor requests
  • Convert interim cash-basis financials to audit-ready GAAP accrual-basis books in Sage Intacct for the full post-close 2026 period
  • Support Sage Intacct implementation through sandbox testing, system improvements, and process optimization
  • Recommend and implement changes to accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls as the club count grows from 12 to more than 40

Cerințe

  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Advanced accounting knowledge, including multi-entity consolidations
  • The application asks about CPA status
  • Experience using Sage Intacct
  • Understanding of how journal entries affect financial statements
  • Experience reconciling balance sheet accounts
  • Knowledge of fixed assets and construction in progress, lease accounting, and revenue and expense accruals and deferrals
  • Experience with multi-entity accounting, acquisitions, integration accounting, audits, bank covenant compliance, and GAAP accrual-basis books
  • Experience with sandbox testing, system improvements, process optimization, accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls
