- Speak by phone and video with people exploring Coral Care
- Identify prospects’ needs and explain how Coral Care can help
- Guide interested prospects toward a decision and support them as they get started
- Follow up regularly by phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate CRM records, logging each conversation and its outcome in HubSpot
- Share feedback that can improve the customer experience
- Learn the service and sales pitch, manage conversations independently, meet goals, and contribute to the scaling playbook
Cerințe
- At least two years in phone-based sales, recruiting, or customer onboarding, with measurable targets
- Enjoy a high call volume and follow up persistently
- Communicate warmly and clearly, including when explaining unfamiliar offerings
- Stay organized and detail-focused, recording all relevant information proactively
- Have CRM experience; HubSpot experience is a plus
- Experience selling through two-sided marketplaces or in healthcare or consumer services is desirable
- Early-stage startup experience is desirable
- Comfort adapting conversations and pitches for different audiences is desirable
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Eastern or Central time zone is preferred
