- Manage and optimize properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create, publish, and improve property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Set dynamic prices to maximize revenue
- Oversee bookings and guest relationships
- Respond to messages, coordinate check-ins, and resolve disputes
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
- Find property owners seeking outsourced management of their rentals
- Run operations through the ALB platform
- Optionally recruit City Managers through a referral arrangement and earn commissions on their activity
