Opis

  • Manage and optimize properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
  • Create, publish, and improve property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
  • Set dynamic prices to maximize revenue
  • Oversee bookings and guest relationships
  • Respond to messages, coordinate check-ins, and resolve disputes
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
  • Find property owners seeking outsourced management of their rentals
  • Run operations through the ALB platform
  • Optionally recruit City Managers through a referral arrangement and earn commissions on their activity
