Descriere
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Create, publish, and improve property listings, including their photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Apply dynamic pricing strategies to increase rental revenue
- Oversee bookings and maintain guest relationships
- Manage guest messages, check-ins, and disputes
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
- Identify and approach property owners seeking outsourced property operations
- Grow and manage a portfolio of properties under management
- Recruit City Managers through the referral program when appropriate and earn commissions from their activity
Cerințe
- Demonstrated ability to persuade property owners and establish trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another professional field is welcome
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work independently
