- Monitor equipment condition, performance, and utilization through Sandvik digital services.
- Analyze machine data to detect emerging failures, operational inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prioritize and investigate unusual events, alarms, and performance patterns.
- Create and communicate practical maintenance and operational recommendations.
- Follow recommendations through completion and record the results.
- Assist with investigations into equipment failures, recurring incidents, and critical alarms.
- Act as the main contact for assigned Remote Monitoring Service customers.
- Lead regular service reviews and share monitoring findings and improvement opportunities.
- Help customers interpret equipment performance and data-based recommendations.
- Produce monitoring reports, performance overviews, and technical documentation.
- Keep accurate records of recommendations, investigations, and customer communications.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across monitoring systems.
- Assist with onboarding and training for Sandvik digital solutions.
- Encourage customer adoption and effective use of monitoring platforms and reporting tools.
- Help resolve customer questions about digital services and escalate issues as needed.
- Contribute to better monitoring processes, reporting practices, and alarm effectiveness.
- Communicate operational insights and recurring patterns to internal stakeholders.
- Help validate and implement new monitoring methods and digital capabilities.
Cerințe
- High school diploma or GED.
- Technical background working with complete equipment systems, such as mining equipment.
- Self-motivated approach to work.
- Legal authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
- Temporary work authorizations, including OPT, do not satisfy this requirement.
- Preferred: University degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, or a technical certification in equipment maintenance.
- Preferred: Technical experience with engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and brakes.
