Descriere
- Attend hearings or brief local appearance counsel on desired outcomes.
- Share hearing results promptly with colleagues and clients when requested.
- Review and sign pleadings before they are submitted to clients or the court.
- Track ECF filings and dockets in real time, escalating events that require action.
- Ensure internal and external systems are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain staff templates that meet local, federal, district, and judge-specific rules.
- Escalate, manage, and reduce risks associated with case files.
- Provide loan-level support to firm staff and clients.
- Respond to questions and communicate promptly with staff and clients.
- Deliver detailed guidance and thorough legal analysis.
- Help staff prepare pleadings and provide templates.
- Work with leadership to identify process improvements.
- Keep current with relevant case law and bankruptcy code developments.
Cerințe
- Hold an active bar license in the state of hire and be in good standing.
- Be admitted, or eligible for admission, to all bankruptcy courts in the state where licensed.
- Have experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings in the state of hire, or be willing to develop bankruptcy expertise.
- Work well with others in a collegial, team-focused environment.
- Bring excellent organizational skills.
- Manage multiple tasks and adapt to ongoing change.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
