Descriere

  • Shape Recom’s brand across campaigns, sales materials, events, and digital channels.
  • Work with the Director of Brand and Product Marketing to turn positioning into distinctive creative.
  • Lead internal designers and external production partners.
  • Set creative standards and keep the visual identity consistent across business units and channels.
  • Develop campaigns that address buyer needs, explain differentiation, and show customer outcomes.
  • Direct design, copy, and video work with clear briefs, reviews, and production priorities.
  • Oversee sales presentations, research reports, digital assets, and event materials.
  • Coordinate creative workflows, resources, and partners to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Work with Demand Generation to test creative, apply buyer feedback, and uphold brand quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams, reporting to the SVP of Marketing.

Cerințe

  • At least 8 years in creative or design roles, including creative direction and team or project leadership.
  • A portfolio showing strong B2B brand systems and integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to turn business objectives into creative briefs and effective work.
  • Strong presentation, feedback, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in ecommerce, retail, premium brands, or professional services.
  • Experience directing video and editorial work as well as design.
  • Knowledge of paid social, conversion-focused creative, and presentation design.
  • Experience managing agency partners and scalable creative production.
