Descriere

  • Find and develop sales leads through prospecting, website inquiries, databases, cold calls, and promotional campaigns.
  • Arrange and lead virtual meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present information about the company’s products and services.
  • Record sales activity, prospects, and customer interactions accurately in the company CRM.
  • Monitor customer reorders and follow up to support ongoing satisfaction.
  • Share product-related concerns raised by customers and prospects with the relevant teams.
  • Keep the prospective customer pipeline active and organized.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve the company’s offerings.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals consistently.
  • Provide a brief introductory video addressing experience, motivation, remote work, tools, independent problem-solving, availability, schedule, and start date.

  • Fluent spoken and written English.

  • Computer with at least a 5th-generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
  • At least 4 GB of RAM.
  • Windows 10 or Mac OS X; Linux, Unix, and other operating systems are not accepted.
  • Primary and backup internet connections with speeds of at least 5.0 Mbps.
  • USB-connected noise-cancelling headset.
  • Webcam with at least 3 megapixels and 720p recording capability.
  • Introductory video should be about 2–3 minutes and no longer than 4 minutes.
  • Answer all required questions in order, with the camera on, clear audio, and a clearly visible image.
  • Record from the usual work environment when possible.
