Remote Accounting Specialist – Hospitality

Manage accounts payable and receivable, billing, collections, and financial records for U.S. hospitality clients. This full-time, home-based role in the Philippines uses QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting systems.

Descriere

  • Handle daily accounting operations for a U.S. hospitality company
  • Record invoices in Syncore and/or QuickBooks
  • Prepare weekly check runs according to cash flow
  • Bill clients when orders are complete
  • Contact customers about collections
  • Send overdue notices and account statements
  • Record and submit royalty entries
  • Help prepare year-end financial statements
  • Post transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal departments, and the accounting team
  • Resolve accounting issues and keep financial records accurate
  • Complete other duties assigned by the Executive Team

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Three to five years of general accounting experience, or equivalent experience
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Availability for overnight shifts in Philippine time or during U.S. operating hours
  • Proficiency with most Microsoft Office applications, databases, and accounting software
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks; QuickBooks proficiency is required
  • Ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal teams
  • High accuracy and attention to detail when maintaining financial records
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not required
