Descriere

  • Cultivate relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral staff
  • Identify prospective medical practices and turn them into sustained referral partners
  • Develop existing accounts to increase referrals and strengthen provider satisfaction
  • Carry out territory strategies that support referral growth and partner retention
  • Conduct practice visits, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach
  • Set up referral workflows, resolve obstacles, and keep the process running smoothly
  • Record account activities accurately and promptly in HubSpot CRM
  • Represent Talkiatry at industry events, community partnerships, and health system gatherings
  • Travel about 75% of the time within the assigned territory
  • Support broader access to timely psychiatric care through Talkiatry’s technology-enabled, in-network platform

Cerințe

  • Bring 3–6 years of experience in healthcare or adjacent field sales, physician liaison work, clinical outreach, or business development
  • Demonstrate success meeting or surpassing referral or sales growth goals
  • Experience influencing clinicians, administrators, or other healthcare stakeholders is strongly preferred
  • Work independently and take responsibility in a fast-growing environment
  • Use CRM software proficiently; HubSpot or Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Be able to travel within the assigned territory about 75% of the time
  • Speak conversational Spanish and English fluently
  • Be authorized to work in the United States; Talkiatry participates in E-Verify
  • Have reliable access to a vehicle and hold a driver’s license
  • Be willing to work as an individual contributor
  • Live in or plan to relocate to the Chattanooga territory
