Descriere

  • Deliver enterprise AI and generative AI solutions from initial concept through production.
  • Build scalable AI applications with Python, APIs, pipelines, and cloud AI services.
  • Develop tools for complex structured and unstructured data, including document intelligence, data extraction, and workflow automation.
  • Apply large language models, agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering to suitable business problems.
  • Create reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, components, and integration patterns to improve delivery.
  • Work with engineering, product, architecture, security, and business partners to assess AI use cases and shape practical enterprise solutions.
  • Set engineering standards for testing, security, software quality, scalability, and deployment.
  • Lead technically, mentor engineering teams, and grow AI capabilities across the organization.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least eight years of relevant experience.
  • Background designing and delivering enterprise AI, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Strong practical skills with Python, APIs, pipelines, and modern software engineering methods.
  • Experience addressing complex unstructured documents or data, including extraction, accuracy improvements, and solutions at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models, agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms, MLOps, model lifecycle management, or AI governance.
  • Experience developing reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, developer tools, or enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with cloud AI services; Azure AI or Azure OpenAI is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of secure, scalable, production-grade software engineering.
  • Ability to lead technically, advise across organizations, influence senior stakeholders, and explain complex AI concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week.
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.
