Descriere

  • Process raw data using manual and automated methods
  • Maintain datasets across raw, cleaned, and reporting layers
  • Automate data loads and refreshes with scheduled queries, Python, or Apps Script
  • Reconcile inventory across WMS, ERP, and OMS, and flag variances
  • Check data quality for row counts, duplicates, nulls, mismatched SKUs, and late loads
  • Maintain dashboards and weekly and monthly reports for Operations users
  • Document tables, logic, and jobs so colleagues can run and troubleshoot them
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests with clear, verified answers
  • Identify data issues and coordinate, track, and resolve them with Country Operations

Cerințe

  • 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Logical, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to verify totals and trace discrepancies to their root cause
  • English proficiency for documentation and workplace communication
  • BigQuery knowledge, including partitioned tables, scheduled queries, and cost-conscious querying, is an advantage
  • Python or JavaScript (Apps Script) knowledge for automating data loads, API calls, and file handling is an advantage
  • Experience with e-commerce, retail, logistics, or marketplace data
