- Build and support strong affiliate relationships through clear, timely communication.
- Guide new affiliates through onboarding and integration into the program.
- Track affiliate performance and report on traffic, conversions, and return on investment.
- Assess results, improve campaigns, and identify opportunities to scale.
- Find and recruit new affiliates and business partners.
- Resolve affiliate issues with prompt, practical solutions.
- Work with internal teams to develop tailored funnels and improve conversion rates.
- Continuously refine affiliate communications and management processes.
- Report to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation.
Cerințe
- At least five years of affiliate marketing and management experience.
- Experience using affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, media buying, and paid social.
- Advanced proficiency with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to improve processes to increase performance efficiency and return on investment.
- Fluent English.
- Goal-oriented, accountable, and committed to results.
- Able to balance hands-on execution with planning and strategy in a fast-moving environment.

- Experience with complex affiliate tracking, including server-to-server postback setup and ad servers.
- Experience resolving affiliate disputes, tracking problems, fraud, and drops in volume.
- Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-sized to enterprise scale.
- Knowledge of funnel optimization and A/B testing.
- Experience with subscription business models.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention methods.
