Descriere

Design, develop, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot backend services for core platform and messaging capabilities.
Build systems that track and process platform traffic and operational metrics.
Develop scalable, reliable distributed services optimized for high throughput and low latency.
Contribute to internal tools for platform monitoring, alerting, and service configuration.
Use data-intensive systems and relational databases to aggregate and expose operational insights.
Own solutions through deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and platform stakeholders on reliable technical solutions.
Use AI to improve code quality, testing, and technical documentation.

Cerințe

At least three years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented programming and concurrent or parallel systems.
Professional experience building and maintaining distributed backend systems.
Experience with relational databases and data-intensive applications.
Understanding of backend scalability, reliability, observability, and performance optimization.
Comfort working in agile development environments with iterative delivery and team collaboration.
Willingness to work primarily with Java and Kotlin and learn additional technologies as needed.
Proactive, ownership-oriented approach to problem-solving and operational responsibilities.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Experience with multithreading in Java or Kotlin, especially for systems running across multiple data centers and communicating with one another.
Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, MSSQL, and Postgres.
Experience with monitoring, observability, or alerting systems.
