  • Design, develop, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot backend services for core platform and messaging capabilities.
  • Build systems that track and process platform traffic and operational metrics.
  • Develop scalable, reliable distributed services optimized for high throughput and low latency.
  • Contribute to internal tools for platform monitoring, alerting, and service configuration.
  • Use data-intensive systems and relational databases to aggregate and expose operational insights.
  • Own solutions through deployment, monitoring, and production support.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and platform stakeholders on reliable technical solutions.
  • Use AI to improve code quality, testing, and technical documentation.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least three years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented programming and concurrent or parallel systems.
  • Professional experience building and maintaining distributed backend systems.
  • Experience with relational databases and data-intensive applications.
  • Understanding of backend scalability, reliability, observability, and performance optimization.
  • Comfort working in agile development environments with iterative delivery and team collaboration.
  • Willingness to work primarily with Java and Kotlin and learn additional technologies as needed.
  • Proactive, ownership-oriented approach to problem-solving and operational responsibilities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Experience with multithreading in Java or Kotlin, especially for systems running across multiple data centers and communicating with one another.
  • Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, MSSQL, and Postgres.
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, or alerting systems.
