- Complete Emerson’s four-year MBA Leadership Program with two rotations
- Serve as a Marketing Strategic Planner on Emerson’s Enterprise Marketing team during the first rotation
- Partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide initiatives
- Evaluate market conditions and competitive activity
- Help define strategic priorities that support long-term growth and transformation
- Take part in leadership development, executive mentoring, and networking programs
- Select a second Emerson role based on your skills, interests, aspirations, and development needs
- Continue accelerated professional development in the second role
- Develop core experience, a broad professional network, and proven competencies for future senior leadership
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, science, business, or a related discipline
- Recently completed an MBA or currently pursuing one
- One to three years of relevant experience
- Evidence of leadership potential
- Capacity to address complex, challenging problems
- Curiosity and motivation to learn while building a professional network
- Ability to gather data from varied sources to solve problems
