Logistics Account Coordinator - Colombia (Remote)
Manage inbound and outbound freight operations for Charger Logistics across North American transportation lanes. Negotiate rates, coordinate carriers, and resolve shipment documentation issues.
Descriere
- Manage inbound and outbound freight according to daily priorities and weekly transportation targets.
- Monitor carrier compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review lane data, delivery performance, and costs to negotiate rates with customers and third-party carriers while supporting profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Work with brokers, carriers, and customers to resolve shipment discrepancies.
- Coordinate rate requests, logistics service providers, 3PL selection, shipment tracking, and expediting activities.
- Review and resolve issues with shipping and customs records, including PODs, BOLs, and carrier confirmations.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in supply chain or transportation.
- Experience handling full truckload shipments.
- Working knowledge of North American geography.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Preferably based in Bogotá or able to travel to Bogotá at personal expense once per month.
