Descriere

  • Support technical transformation projects within an Agile delivery environment
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Android and iOS mobile solutions
  • Coordinate closely with developers, project stakeholders, and client teams
  • Build and integrate native iOS applications with Objective-C and Swift, Android applications with Java and Kotlin, and cross-platform applications with Flutter
  • Help shape mobile user experiences by applying platform-specific design and development practices
  • Contribute to Scrum delivery through iterative development, user collaboration, established methods, delivery tools, and performance tracking
  • Promote strong engineering practices and help teams apply them consistently
  • Build continuous integration pipelines and automate application builds, tests, signing, and app-store releases
  • Support the growth and professional development of junior developers
  • Advise clients by presenting innovative options and helping them make informed technical decisions

Cerințe

  • Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • At least five years of experience developing Android and/or iOS mobile applications
  • At least three years of experience in technical leadership
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and support a team
  • Ability to recommend valuable solutions while balancing project priorities and deadlines
  • Creative, innovative approach to solving technical problems
  • English proficiency sufficient for effective communication in an international work environment
  • Proficiency with Objective-C, Swift, Java for Android, Kotlin, and Flutter
  • Strong understanding of Android and/or iOS architectures and technical decision-making
  • Knowledge of automated unit testing, modern development patterns, and continuous integration
