Lead Full-Stack Developer - Remote in the United States

Descriere

  • Lead and coordinate the Full Stack Developer team by assigning priorities, setting expectations, and managing workload
  • Hold regular one-to-ones, provide performance feedback, set objectives, and support performance reviews
  • Offer developers technical direction, mentorship, and ongoing support
  • Direct code reviews and define development standards and best practices
  • Oversee onboarding and training for incoming developers
  • Escalate complex technical problems and production incidents while guiding troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Help shape technical designs and architecture decisions
  • Communicate team progress, capacity, and risks to the VP-Development
  • Create, enhance, and maintain REST APIs and Azure Functions with C#, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET Core/.NET 8/9
  • Develop and maintain Angular-based front-end functionality
  • Implement and resolve issues in OAuth, OpenID Connect, PKCE, and Microsoft Entra ID authentication and authorization flows
  • Create, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server stored procedures, indexes, and query performance
  • Build and support Azure Service Bus queue processing and retry mechanisms
  • Deploy, host, and observe services running in Azure Container Apps
  • Track application health and investigate production issues with Azure Application Insights and Kusto queries
  • Develop PowerShell automation for AWS SSO administration and VPN or network troubleshooting
  • Work with analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions
  • Support SupplyLogic initiatives, including supplier integrations, onboarding, and training

Cerințe

  • Experience leading, mentoring, or directing developers, preferably in a hands-on lead role
  • Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience reviewing code and defining or enforcing development standards and best practices
  • Advanced C# skills across .NET Framework, .NET Core, APIs, and Azure Functions
  • Advanced SQL skills, including SQL Server stored procedures, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Intermediate PowerShell skills for automation, AWS SSO, and VPN or network troubleshooting
  • Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET Web API
  • Advanced knowledge of .NET Core and .NET 8/9
  • Advanced knowledge of OAuth and OpenID Connect, including PKCE and Entra ID flows
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+, plus at least one major UI framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
  • Advanced Microsoft Azure expertise, including Function Apps, Service Bus, and Container Apps
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure Service Bus
  • Intermediate knowledge of Azure Container Apps
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure Application Insights, including Kusto queries and monitoring
  • Advanced proficiency with Visual Studio
  • Advanced proficiency with VS Code
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
