Lead Full-Stack Developer - Remote in the United States
Lead a full-stack development team while building SupplyLogic’s Azure APIs, services, and Angular applications. Drive secure supplier integrations, production monitoring, mentorship, and technical delivery.

- Lead and coordinate the Full Stack Developer team by assigning priorities, setting expectations, and managing workload
- Hold regular one-to-ones, provide performance feedback, set objectives, and support performance reviews
- Offer developers technical direction, mentorship, and ongoing support
- Direct code reviews and define development standards and best practices
- Oversee onboarding and training for incoming developers
- Escalate complex technical problems and production incidents while guiding troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Help shape technical designs and architecture decisions
- Communicate team progress, capacity, and risks to the VP-Development
- Create, enhance, and maintain REST APIs and Azure Functions with C#, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET Core/.NET 8/9
- Develop and maintain Angular-based front-end functionality
- Implement and resolve issues in OAuth, OpenID Connect, PKCE, and Microsoft Entra ID authentication and authorization flows
- Create, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server stored procedures, indexes, and query performance
- Build and support Azure Service Bus queue processing and retry mechanisms
- Deploy, host, and observe services running in Azure Container Apps
- Track application health and investigate production issues with Azure Application Insights and Kusto queries
- Develop PowerShell automation for AWS SSO administration and VPN or network troubleshooting
- Work with analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions
- Support SupplyLogic initiatives, including supplier integrations, onboarding, and training

- Experience leading, mentoring, or directing developers, preferably in a hands-on lead role
- Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience reviewing code and defining or enforcing development standards and best practices
- Advanced C# skills across .NET Framework, .NET Core, APIs, and Azure Functions
- Advanced SQL skills, including SQL Server stored procedures, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
- Intermediate PowerShell skills for automation, AWS SSO, and VPN or network troubleshooting
- Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET Web API
- Advanced knowledge of .NET Core and .NET 8/9
- Advanced knowledge of OAuth and OpenID Connect, including PKCE and Entra ID flows
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+, plus at least one major UI framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Advanced Microsoft Azure expertise, including Function Apps, Service Bus, and Container Apps
- Advanced knowledge of Azure Service Bus
- Intermediate knowledge of Azure Container Apps
- Advanced knowledge of Azure Application Insights, including Kusto queries and monitoring
- Advanced proficiency with Visual Studio
- Advanced proficiency with VS Code
- Advanced proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
