Descriere

  • Help develop and implement the food category management strategy
  • Evaluate relevant KPIs, prepare data, and recommend actions for assortment planning
  • Lead the cross-functional development of regional and seasonal product ranges
  • Work with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Revenue Management, Commerce, external partners, and suppliers
  • Maintain efficient processes, operational coordination, and evidence-based execution of the assortment strategy
  • Challenge established structures constructively and uncover opportunities for improvement

Cerințe

  • A completed degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent vocational training
  • Some practical experience, such as internships, working-student roles, or an entry-level position in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG
  • Interest in category management, assortment planning, and data analysis
  • Enthusiasm for product ranges, customer behavior, and data-led assortment decisions
  • Strong analytical ability, numerical confidence, and initial experience with KPIs and profitability measures
  • Clear communication skills combined with a practical, hands-on approach
  • Collaborative, proactive team contributor with determination and initiative
  • GS1 Category Manager certification is advantageous but not mandatory
