Junior Food Category Manager – Hybrid in Münster
Support food category strategy, assortment planning, KPI analysis, and seasonal range development at flaschenpost. Help shape the assortment for Germany’s instant-delivery service for drinks and groceries.

- Help develop and implement the food category management strategy
- Evaluate relevant KPIs, prepare data, and recommend actions for assortment planning
- Lead the cross-functional development of regional and seasonal product ranges
- Work with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Revenue Management, Commerce, external partners, and suppliers
- Maintain efficient processes, operational coordination, and evidence-based execution of the assortment strategy
- Challenge established structures constructively and uncover opportunities for improvement
Prasības
- A completed degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent vocational training
- Some practical experience, such as internships, working-student roles, or an entry-level position in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG
- Interest in category management, assortment planning, and data analysis
- Enthusiasm for product ranges, customer behavior, and data-led assortment decisions
- Strong analytical ability, numerical confidence, and initial experience with KPIs and profitability measures
- Clear communication skills combined with a practical, hands-on approach
- Collaborative, proactive team contributor with determination and initiative
- GS1 Category Manager certification is advantageous but not mandatory
