Descriere

  • Support the government client’s Program Manager for PMW-200 Aviation Logistics Information Technology.
  • Provide managerial and financial analysis and presentations for the Business Office and executive leadership.
  • Create and maintain financial reports in Microsoft Excel.
  • Review, prepare, and coordinate charts, reports, memorandums, emails, and other documents for signature or collaboration.
  • Assist with special projects and provide administrative and logistical support for workshops, conferences, and symposiums.
  • Maintain filing systems and document control in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manual.
  • Manage SharePoint Online tasks, including creating document libraries, uploading files, adding groups and users, and setting permissions.
  • Develop and maintain task-tracking systems.
  • Use and maintain databases and information systems.
  • Review and reconcile data.
  • Generate database reports using standard parameters or custom queries.
  • Enter project startup or closeout information.
  • Review technical analyses and research for developing and maintaining Total Cost of Ownership models.
  • Carry out additional duties as directed by the leader.

Cerințe

  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Mastery of advanced Excel functions, including INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFS, LET, and array formulas.
  • Understanding of dynamic arrays and structured references.
  • Ability to build multi-step calculations, conditional logic, and error handling.
  • Experience creating and managing PivotTables and PivotCharts.
  • Experience using Power Query to clean, transform, and integrate data.
  • Experience using Power Pivot for relational data modeling and DAX functions.
  • Ability to build interactive dashboards using slicers, timelines, and dynamic filters.
  • Ability to use charts, sparklines, and conditional formatting.
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop Excel solutions.
  • Ability to optimize formulas and layouts for speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to share and protect workbooks effectively.
  • Ability to explain complex Excel models and dashboards to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to document processes and formulas.
  • Ability to shift focus, adjust schedules, and solve problems as work demands change.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with a team.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to pass an extensive background investigation, including financial history review, nationwide criminal record search, and credit check.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours as project demands arise.
  • Ability to remain seated at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to type and use a computer.
  • Preferred: Experience working with the Department of Defense.
  • Preferred: Experience using artificial intelligence for data analysis and presentation.
  • Preferred: Project management experience.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in business.
  • Preferred: Secret clearance.
