Hybrid Account Manager – Automotive Sales
Manage strategic automotive accounts from Novi, Michigan, combining technical sales expertise with customer partnership development. Drive account growth, solution delivery, and revenue expansion for enterprise clients.
Descriere
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with automotive-sector customers
- Act as the primary liaison for engineering teams and senior leaders
- Direct account management activities for major enterprise customers
- Evaluate customer needs, challenges, and objectives to develop tailored solutions
- Develop and implement Account Growth Plans with internal teams and partners
- Pursue new opportunities, grow existing accounts, and achieve or exceed sales goals
- Coordinate sales, marketing, and product development teams across functions
- Advise customers using strategic insight and industry expertise
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer requirements
- Resolve customer issues and concerns to strengthen retention and satisfaction
- Produce forecasts, account reports, and performance updates for senior management
- Keep CRM records current and document sales activity and customer interactions
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Four years of experience in Field Application Engineering, Application Engineering, or a Sales Engineering role
- Four years of progressively responsible experience in technical sales
- Four years of experience in the Test & Measurement industry
