GSK Compliance Officer – Morocco & Algeria (Hybrid)
GSK is seeking a Compliance Officer to support its Morocco and Algeria biopharma operations across risk management, investigations, governance, and responsible commercialization. This hybrid role advises commercial teams and partners with senior leaders.
Descriere
- Assess and manage priority risks with local company General Managers and Leadership Teams under the Internal Control Framework
- Advise Commercial leaders on complex or high-risk activities through practical compliance guidance, coaching, and mitigation plans
- Coordinate with global Compliance colleagues to provide local company leaders with consistent, data-informed risk advice
- Lead compliance oversight for Commercial Alliance partnerships
- Organize and support quarterly Cluster Risk Management and Compliance Board meetings
- Report risk-management insights and effectiveness to local company and Regional Compliance leaders
- Offer expert guidance during the Annual Confirmation process
- Support planning and pre-close activities for Independent Business Monitoring and Third Party Monitoring reviews and audits
- Drive effective corrective and preventive actions while incorporating lessons learned
- Escalate unresolved ABAC due-diligence questions and compliance investigations
- Conduct focused risk deep-dives on priority issues as needed
- Help markets and stakeholders interpret risk insights, address questions, and remain accountable for reporting and follow-up
- Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Finance, and Legal teams to strengthen integrated risk management
- Strengthen business ownership of risk evaluation and mitigation
- Foster a data-led risk culture based on relevant, reliable, high-quality information
Cerințe
- University degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- At least five years of experience in compliance, risk, legal, audit, or a comparable role within a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences
- Hands-on experience managing investigations, corrective actions, and escalation procedures
- Strong stakeholder-management and influencing abilities across functions and seniority levels
- Fluency in written and spoken French, English, and Arabic
- Experience operating in a multinational, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated success leading process improvements or change initiatives
- Practical judgement with a solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex matters clearly
- High integrity, discretion, confidentiality, and ethical judgement
- Established expertise in risk management
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and deliver integrated compliance programs
- Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of control frameworks
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and market-access challenges and opportunities
