Group Controller, GETEC Group — Berlin Onsite
GETEC Group is seeking a Group Controller in Berlin to oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation. The role supports the company’s energy decarbonization and digital energy transition across Europe.
Descriere
- Produce, analyze, and explain reports for management, shareholders, and banking partners
- Partner with country platforms and develop profitability analyses
- Coordinate, verify, and consolidate budgets and rolling forecasts
- Evaluate and calculate key metrics for consolidated financial statements
- Support financial and medium-term planning activities
- Advise profit-center managers across the Group’s country platforms on controlling and reporting
- Help validate, administer, and improve Group-wide controlling processes and systems
- Develop balance sheet and cash flow forecasts, along with ad hoc management analyses
Cerințe
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related commercial discipline
- Several years of controlling experience, preferably within a corporate or Group structure
- Solid understanding of accounting under the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Strong numerical ability, rapid comprehension, and advanced analytical skills
- Organized, self-directed, solution-focused working style with strong collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Practical experience with ERP, business intelligence, and consolidation systems
- Strong ownership, initiative, and adaptability
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
