GETEC Group is seeking a Group Controller in Berlin to oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation. The role supports the company’s energy decarbonization and digital energy transition across Europe.

ERP

Tavsif

  • Produce, analyze, and explain reports for management, shareholders, and banking partners
  • Partner with country platforms and develop profitability analyses
  • Coordinate, verify, and consolidate budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Evaluate and calculate key metrics for consolidated financial statements
  • Support financial and medium-term planning activities
  • Advise profit-center managers across the Group’s country platforms on controlling and reporting
  • Help validate, administer, and improve Group-wide controlling processes and systems
  • Develop balance sheet and cash flow forecasts, along with ad hoc management analyses

Talablar

  • Degree in business administration, finance, or a related commercial discipline
  • Several years of controlling experience, preferably within a corporate or Group structure
  • Solid understanding of accounting under the German Commercial Code (HGB)
  • Strong numerical ability, rapid comprehension, and advanced analytical skills
  • Organized, self-directed, solution-focused working style with strong collaboration skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Practical experience with ERP, business intelligence, and consolidation systems
  • Strong ownership, initiative, and adaptability
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
