Full-Time Merchandiser and Order Writer - Hayward, CA (Onsite)

Represent Mondelēz International in East Bay retail stores by stocking snack products, placing orders, and maintaining promotional displays. Support Oreo, Ritz, and other brands through scheduled store visits and in-store execution.

Descriere

  • Represent Mondelēz International in retail stores with a professional, positive approach and focus on excellent execution
  • Provide customer service to store teams and shoppers as the company’s in-store representative
  • Complete scheduled store visits according to Mondelēz DSD merchandising standards, including photographing displays through DMI
  • Develop working relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store employees
  • Place product orders on an iPad through Salesforce to keep shelves and displays stocked
  • Set up promotional displays and follow store plans negotiated by the RTM
  • Work from the daily schedules and priorities established by the RTM
  • Assist with seasonal sales initiatives, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
  • Report store-level observations, problems, and opportunities to the RTM and management
  • Lift, bend, transport, and stock products from back rooms onto sales floors and shelves
  • Maintain safe, compliant practices while working in stores

Cerințe

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Bring a positive, professional attitude
  • Work independently with self-direction
  • Use a personally owned, properly insured vehicle to travel to multiple store locations
  • Handle physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
  • Repeatedly lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Occasionally push and pull loads exceeding 50 pounds
  • Retail or grocery experience is preferred
  • Reside within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Hayward, California
  • Be available to work weekends and holidays when needed
  • Adapt to schedule changes based on business needs
  • Be available for a 6:00 AM start time
