Manage existing accounts, generate new business, and help hospitality customers adopt digital solutions. The role combines field sales, customer support, partner development, and on-site product presentations.

Descriere

  • Manage existing customers while taking ownership of qualified leads and established accounts
  • Win new customers and business locations
  • Engage prospects, uncover opportunities, and turn contacts into successful deals
  • Record sales opportunities in Odoo and prepare professional quotations
  • Develop and maintain the hospitality-sector partner network
  • Collaborate closely with the 20-person Sales team
  • Guide customers through digital transformation and recommend suitable solutions
  • Present products remotely or at customer sites
  • Provide hands-on field support and demonstrate products in person
  • Complete onboarding with senior sales representatives, join customer visits, and undertake e-learning

Cerințe

  • Around two years of sales experience
  • Experience in gastronomy, hospitality, food distribution, beverage wholesale, or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of the workflows, challenges, and needs of restaurants and hotels
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities
  • A motivated, friendly, and results-focused working style
  • Openness, willingness to learn, and initiative
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Completed commercial or sales-focused vocational training, or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong interest in digital solutions; SaaS or SaaS sales experience is desirable
  • Willingness to work in the field and engage enthusiastically with customers in person
