Descriere

  • Create, test, and deploy new mobile products and services
  • Validate that mobile solutions satisfy quality and security requirements
  • Propose improvements and deliver them with limited technical supervision
  • Partner with the Product Manager and Technical Lead to define and execute project objectives
  • Help shape and deliver the mobile technology roadmap
  • Administer Intune policies and configurations to support a secure mobile environment
  • Resolve complex escalations through advanced troubleshooting and last-level support
  • Work with colleagues and customers worldwide across multiple time zones
  • Train colleagues and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Use feedback and analytics to track and improve user satisfaction

Cerințe

  • At least five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra, Conditional Access, and mobile device and application management, including strong design and architecture knowledge
  • Professional experience in mobile platform engineering or a closely related discipline
  • Ability to design and deliver innovative mobile solutions that meet EY’s requirements
  • Solid knowledge of mobile technologies and security practices, especially within Intune environments
  • Practical experience with both iOS and Android operating systems
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and platform administration
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Awareness of current developments in mobile technology
  • Availability to work UK hours
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, documentation, vendor management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
