  • Lead paid and organic acquisition for the Consumer business
  • Design and build an AI-agent orchestration layer for paid media using Grokbot, Ryze, Claude, Advantage+, Performance Max, and automated bidding
  • Develop an AI-assisted creative engine that generates, tests, and iterates ad concepts at scale while meeting healthcare advertising and compliance standards
  • Define agent ownership, human-review requirements, and failure-detection processes while prototyping and troubleshooting systems
  • Own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, emerging platforms, Google, and Bing, including strategy, budgets, bidding, audiences, and optimization
  • Own organic acquisition across AEO/GEO, SEO, and content
  • Manage an annual media budget exceeding $5 million against CAC, ROAS, and payback targets, reallocating spend weekly
  • Lead privacy-constrained measurement through incrementality testing, attribution, MMM-informed planning, and HIPAA-aware tracking
  • Manage agency and freelance partners against performance standards
  • Discover and validate new revenue opportunities through landing pages, fake-door tests, and rapid prototypes
  • Manage the progression from insight to prototype, experiment, and scale decision
  • Lead and develop a small, high-output pod of AI agents and contractors
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and compliance teams
  • Audit paid, organic, and tracking programs to deliver early efficiency gains
  • Establish agent-run workflows, human checkpoints, the operating model, and the experiment backlog
  • Improve blended CAC and payback while expanding paid and organic investment
  • Validate at least one new revenue opportunity with a credible path to scale

Cerințe

  • Bring 10+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, including at least 5 years managing paid social and search directly in-platform
  • Demonstrate success managing multi-million-dollar media budgets against CAC and payback targets
  • Show hands-on experience building or orchestrating AI agents or automation for campaign management, creative production, or performance analysis, with examples to discuss
  • Have experience owning organic channels such as SEO, content, or organic social alongside paid acquisition
  • Demonstrate strong command of growth economics and measurement, including incrementality testing and post-iOS attribution
  • Have experience leading small, capable teams and managing agencies
  • Hold a BA/BS degree or offer equivalent experience
  • Experience advertising in healthcare, telehealth, pharma, or another regulated category is preferred
  • Experience with DTC subscription or repeat-purchase businesses is preferred
  • Experience launching 0-to-1 products, landing pages, or fake-door tests to validate new revenue ideas is preferred
