Descriere
- Handle requests for web updates and content changes.
- Create and maintain responsive pages with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap 5.
- Work with designers, communications partners, and content contributors to improve content usability, SEO, and accessibility.
- Create, revise, and redesign pages for university units to strengthen performance, responsiveness, and engagement.
- Use CMS tools to schedule reviews and updates while maintaining accurate, timely content.
- Contribute to major initiatives that enhance the university’s web environment.
- Troubleshoot CMS issues and provide guidance through the user help desk.
- Create and distribute CMS documentation, guidance, and best practices.
- Review CMS user feedback and recommend improvements to the CMS and broader web environment.
Cerințe
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in digital media, communications, marketing, web design, or a comparable field, or equivalent education.
- At least two years of combined experience creating web pages, managing web content, applying SEO, and copyediting; post-secondary or government experience is preferred.
- Practical experience building web pages and structuring websites with HTML and CSS.
- Advanced proficiency with enterprise Content Management Systems.
- Advanced understanding of responsive web design, SEO, and accessibility standards.
- Intermediate proficiency with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital analytics or reporting platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
- Working knowledge of photo-editing tools for cropping and compressing images.
- Ability to provide a resume and cover letter.
