Descriere

  • Film and edit social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage the full production process, from filming through editing, colour, sound, graphics, captions, and delivery.
  • Turn creative concepts, briefs, and social strategies into engaging visual content.
  • Create fast-turnaround edits tailored to each platform.
  • Film people, products, events, environments, and cultural moments.
  • Direct talent and other subjects on set.
  • Create both polished campaign work and lo-fi, responsive social content.
  • Rework campaign assets into social-first edits and cutdowns.
  • Work with creative, strategy, social, production, account, and community teams.
  • Suggest formats, treatments, transitions, hooks, story approaches, and content series.
  • Keep up with changes in social platforms, editing styles, visual trends, music, internet culture, and creator-led formats.
  • Manage several projects and tight deadlines.
  • Help shape the visual style of clients’ social channels.
  • Guide teammates on production practices and workflows.

Cerințe

  • Experience filming and editing social, branded, digital, or similar content.
  • A portfolio or reel showcasing strong filming and editing skills.
  • A solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Strong editing judgement, including pacing, storytelling, hooks, music, sound design, and transitions.
  • Confidence filming with professional cameras, phones, and lightweight social production setups.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is an asset.
  • A strong eye for composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to direct people who are not professional on-camera talent.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently while collaborating with a wider creative team.
  • Comfort working across different content styles, brands, industries, and audiences.
  • Curiosity about social culture and changing online content and storytelling.
