Descriere

  • Direct the remote data specialists’ daily operations
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality operational data across the Capitol Market Area
  • Provide ongoing oversight of the remote data specialist team
  • Partner with the Operations Improvement Manager and Operations Analyst on data outputs
  • Review and verify daily data through critical reports
  • Coordinate with Operational Leaders on area-level data oversight and management
  • Act as the liaison for operational initiatives
  • Record metrics in Waste Management systems and validate process improvement opportunities
  • Manage team performance and ongoing skills development
  • Oversee 11 employees and data management across 32 sites

Cerințe

  • An accredited associate degree, or an accredited high school diploma or GED plus two years of relevant experience in place of the degree
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in addition to the education requirement
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
  • Ability to work in a professional office setting
  • Experience with, or ability to learn, EMAP, MAS, OPUS, Kronos, SharePoint, PMT, CorpDb, Essbase, Newton, Power BI, Microsoft Suite, Capacity Planner, and other Waste Management systems
  • A REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative, or willingness to obtain one, may be necessary for air travel or access to federal property
