Design and maintain Sisense dashboards and customer reports for compliance software. Apply SQL data modeling, resolve production incidents, and validate reporting data.
Descriere
- Build and maintain the analytics layer and customer-facing reports for the Compliance Pro platform
- Convert complex compliance and security requirements into reliable dashboards and tabular reports
- Manage reporting delivery from data modeling through dashboard and widget maintenance, representation choices, and quality, performance, and consistency checks
- Develop and update custom reports for specific operators
- Investigate production issues and maintain the reliability and freshness of critical reports
- Develop and improve customer-specific dashboards and reports
- Present data clearly to support informed decisions
- Verify that Sisense reports accurately represent production application data
- Diagnose and resolve incidents affecting production
- Work with Product Owners, QA teams, internal stakeholders, and customer-facing groups
- Improve acceptance criteria, clarify data logic, and validate new or revised reports
- Define and uphold consistent reporting standards across Sisense and other reporting products
- Partner with engineering and data teams to identify and model additional data sources
- Keep technical documentation accurate and accessible
- Take part in Agile ceremonies, manage work in Jira, and provide estimates, status updates, and clear deliverables for QAT
- Report to the Software Engineering Manager
Cerințe
- Practical experience developing analytics solutions with Sisense or a comparable business intelligence platform
- Experience building complex dashboards and tabular reports using filters, widgets, and custom fields
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Experience modeling data for reporting, including joins, aggregations, calculated fields, data type conversions, and performance optimization
- Proven experience managing business-critical reports in production
- Ability to investigate discrepancies between source systems and reported data
- Ability to correct data and formatting problems
- Ability to interpret detailed business requirements and turn them into accurate reporting solutions
- Strong data storytelling ability and knowledge of reporting best practices
- Experience evaluating and improving existing Sisense reports
- Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, QAT, and customer-facing teams
- High attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced spoken and written English for working with international clients, partners, and subsidiaries
