Descriere

  • Coach and support customers addressing stress, anxiety, depression, and related challenges
  • Conduct screenings for stress, anxiety, and depression
  • Assess customer needs for health education through targeted evaluations
  • Refer customers to appropriate Cigna Evernorth clinical or client-specific programs
  • Create health improvement plans and personalized, evidence-based goals with customers
  • Help customers pursue health goals and address barriers to improved well-being
  • Facilitate or assist with group coaching, wellness challenges, and health seminars
  • Apply biometric data and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes
  • Partner with matrix teams on health and wellness strategies for aligned clients
  • Manage clinical targets and outcome tracking
  • Create action plans designed to deliver clinical value
  • Handle additional duties within the scope of applicable certification or licensure
  • Assist with training and mentoring new employees as needed

Cerințe

  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state, with the ability to maintain it
  • Compact license or additional state licenses may be required and must be maintained
  • Current ACLS, BLS, CPR, or AED certification
  • Associate degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • At least one year of experience in health coaching, health education, or health promotion
  • High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home-office workspace
  • Strong energy and effective presentation skills
  • Capacity to work independently
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to collaborate proactively and professionally with clients and matrix partners
  • Demonstrated administrative capability and strong computer and software skills
  • Spanish-English bilingual proficiency
  • Willingness to work earlier or later hours based on customer needs
  • A compact multistate RN license is preferred, along with New York licensure
