Descriere

  • Develop knowledge of customer use cases, Lightcast data products, platform integrations, and customer data consumption and sharing
  • Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support backlog management
  • Help engineering teams deliver roadmap commitments
  • Support data contracts covering schemas, versioning, deprecation processes, and customer migration paths
  • Monitor data quality indicators such as freshness, null values, and duplicates
  • Help address reliability issues that affect customers
  • Support launches with changelogs, migration notes, documentation, and internal enablement materials
  • Participate in incident triage and root cause analysis
  • Work with Engineering, Data, Legal, Security, and go-to-market teams
  • Support product execution, data platform operations, governance, and launches to keep data reliable, compliant, and accessible

Cerințe

  • 1–2 years of experience in product, data, analytics, or a related discipline
  • Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, including sharing models, permissions, or listings
  • Working knowledge of SQL and modern data concepts
  • Familiarity with data quality, governance, and security principles
  • Experience with agile practices, backlog management, and roadmap delivery
  • Strong technical writing skills, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across Engineering, Data, Legal, Security, and go-to-market teams
  • Interest in building dependable, user-friendly data products and growing technical product management skills
  • Must live and work in a state where Lightcast is authorized to operate; the role excludes Alaska, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
